These cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any cleaning or property work we go on to do for you, which we agree with you separately before the work starts.

You are welcome to read this site and to use the quote form for genuine enquiries. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, submit automated enquiries, or use it to send anything unlawful.

• Sending the form is a request for a quote. It is not a booking and it does not commit you to anything.
• A quote is based on what you tell us about the property. If the property turns out to be materially different, we will requote before starting rather than bill you more afterwards.
• Nothing on this site is a fixed price. What a job costs depends on size, condition, how often you need us, and access.
• We may decline work. If a job is not something we do, we will say so.

We keep this site accurate, but it describes our services in general terms. Photographs are illustrative and do not show a specific job we have carried out.

The Laurelsworth name, the logo and the content of this site belong to us. Please ask before reusing them.

Where we link somewhere else we are not responsible for what is there or for what those sites do with your information.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow us to. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud.

Beyond that, this website is provided as it stands. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on the general information here rather than on a quote we have given you for your property.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
